Trayectoria de posgrado: Estudio de seguimiento en profundidad de los graduados de educación secundaria en el campus de Carmona de la Universidad Estatal de Cavite

Resumen

El estudio teve como objetivo determinar la trayectoria de carrera de dos 145 graduados en educación de profesores dos años académicos de 2020-2024 en el Campus Carmona da Cavite State University. Específicamente, el estudio determina el perfil de los graduados, el estatus de emprego, la primera experiencia de emprego, la relevancia del primer emprego y el actual emprego no currículo, las competencias y habilidades aprendidas antes de la graduación y las sugerencias para mejorar el currículo. Los resultados revelan que la mayoría de los participantes eran mujeres, solteiras, y aún no han hecho ningún curso de posgrado y reciben una renta bruta mensual de Php10.001 a Php15.000. La mayoría de los profesores licenciados profesionales, empleados permanentemente en instituciones privadas locales y ocupan cargos profesionales, técnicos o de supervisión. Sin embargo, algunos prefieren no trabajar debido a las preocupaciones de las personas y la salud. Também foi revelado que o motivo para aceitar o primeiro emprego e permanecer por un año a menos de dos años foram o salário y os benefícios oferecidos pela instituição. El intervalo de tiempo para los participantes termina su primer emprego es inferior a un mês e as conexões sociais desempenharam um papel significativo en su proceso de búsqueda de emprego. Además, la mayoría de los participantes consideran que su curso concluyó que estaba muy relacionado con su primer y actual emprego. Os participantes sugerirán maneras de aprimorar el currículo, como alinhá-lo com o conteúdo do exame de licenciamento, abordar as incompatibilidades entre a especialização dos alunos e as disciplinas a serem tratadas no nivel secundário e enfocar mais o currículo no desenvolvimento do pensamento crítico e das habilidades de resolución de problemas dos alunos.
