Evaluación de la eficacia de los sistemas de compensación en la motivación y retención de empleados en empresas de autopartes en Wuhan, China: Base para una estrategia de optimización de recursos humanos

Resumen

Este estudio explora la eficacia de los sistemas de compensación para mejorar la motivación y la retención de los empleados en empresas de autopartes en Wuhan, China, con el objetivo de sentar las bases para estrategias de optimización de recursos humanos. Mediante un diseño de investigación cuantitativo-correlacional, el estudio encuestó a 379 empleados de diversos perfiles demográficos y analizó sus percepciones sobre los sistemas de compensación, incluyendo componentes monetarios y no monetarios como beneficios, oportunidades de desarrollo profesional, reconocimiento y equidad. Los hallazgos revelaron que los sistemas de compensación influyen significativamente en la motivación y la retención de los empleados, siendo la compensación monetaria, el desarrollo profesional y el reconocimiento factores clave. Se observaron diferencias notables en la evaluación de la eficacia de la compensación y los niveles de motivación según variables demográficas, como la edad, los ingresos y la antigüedad, lo que subraya la importancia de estrategias de RR. HH. a medida. El estudio concluye con recomendaciones prácticas para perfeccionar las prácticas de compensación, mejorar la equidad y fomentar el crecimiento profesional para mantener la satisfacción laboral y la competitividad organizacional. Se recomienda realizar investigaciones futuras para examinar los efectos longitudinales y realizar comparaciones entre sectores para ampliar la comprensión de la dinámica de la compensación.
