Integración de la gestión ambiental y los valores cristianos en la química: desarrollo de módulos para estudiantes de ciencias especiales de secundaria

Resumen

Este estudio desarrolló y evaluó los Módulos de Química Orientados al Medio Ambiente y a los Valores Cristianos (MCEC) para integrar conceptos de química con principios ambientales y valores cristianos en estudiantes del Programa Especial de Ciencias de Secundaria. El objetivo general fue crear y validar los MCEC utilizando el modelo de diseño instruccional ADDIE. Los objetivos específicos incluyeron determinar la viabilidad de integrar principios ambientales y valores cristianos en la enseñanza de la química, identificar las características instruccionales de los módulos y validar los MCEC en cuanto a su aceptabilidad (validez de contenido, formato, presentación, precisión) y usabilidad (funcionalidad). El estudio empleó un diseño de Investigación y Desarrollo (I+D) guiado por el modelo ADDIE. Se utilizó un muestreo intencional para seleccionar a cinco expertos en química para evaluar los módulos. Los módulos integraron principios ambientales como "Todo debe ir a alguna parte", "La naturaleza sabe más", "Nuestra Tierra es finita" y "Todo cambia" con los valores cristianos correspondientes. Se utilizaron dos instrumentos: la Herramienta de Aseguramiento de Calidad del Departamento de Educación y una Herramienta de Evaluación de la Funcionalidad. Las evaluaciones de expertos calificaron los módulos como "Muy Satisfactorios" en cuanto a contenido, formato, presentación, precisión y funcionalidad. Se consideraron apropiados para el desarrollo, científicamente precisos, bien estructurados y eficaces para promover el desarrollo cognitivo y moral. La integración de problemas ambientales del mundo real y enseñanzas bíblicas proporcionó una experiencia de aprendizaje significativa y holística. El estudio sugiere realizar pruebas piloto de los módulos en el aula, recopilar la opinión de los estudiantes, mejorar los recursos visuales y la claridad del lenguaje, y desarrollar versiones digitales para mejorar aún más el ECCM.
