Este estudo teve como objetivo realizar um teste piloto do Programa CARE (Compromisso-Conscientização-Restauração-Engajamento) e das Ferramentas de Bem-Estar Holístico para o pessoal docente e não docente da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Bicol (BUCE), coletar o feedback dos participantes e elaborar um formulário final para o Programa de Bem-Estar Holístico CARE e as Ferramentas de Autocuidado. O programa incorporou um webinar e estratégias de autocuidado baseadas em evidências para aprimorar o bem-estar e o desempenho profissional de docentes e funcionários. Um teste piloto envolvendo 21 participantes utilizou uma abordagem de métodos mistos, incluindo diário de autocuidado, avaliações do programa e coleta de feedback. Os resultados indicaram uma mudança positiva na cultura organizacional da BUCE, caracterizada por melhor comunicação, colaboração e apoio mútuo entre os funcionários. A análise quantitativa da avaliação do webinar do programa CARE obteve uma pontuação média de 4,85, o que significa que o seminário foi altamente eficaz. O programa demonstrou (1) maior conscientização sobre atividades de bem-estar e práticas de autocuidado; (2) maior satisfação no trabalho; (3) usabilidade e acessibilidade das ferramentas de autocuidado; e (4) identificação de preferências individualizadas de autocuidado. Cinco práticas-chave de autocuidado emergiram: 1) sono adequado, 2) exercícios regulares, 3) tempo dedicado ao relaxamento, 4) sentir-se revigorado ao acordar e 5) envolver-se em atividades redutoras de estresse. Os dados da ferramenta padronizada de autocuidado revelaram que os participantes necessitaram de intervenção significativa no bem-estar físico, enquanto uma intervenção moderada foi necessária no bem-estar mental, emocional, espiritual, profissional e social. O estudo culminou no desenvolvimento do "Diário de Bem-Estar Personalizado", alinhado ao Programa CARE. Os resultados ressaltam a importância de priorizar o bem-estar dos funcionários para promover um ambiente de trabalho favorável ao crescimento pessoal e profissional. As recomendações incluem a promoção de atividades de bem-estar presenciais, o estabelecimento de centros de bem-estar e a utilização de diários de autocuidado personalizados para incentivar hábitos saudáveis sustentados. Adaptar os diários de bem-estar às necessidades específicas de cada instituição de ensino é aconselhável para máxima eficácia.
