ABSTRACT: Rural Education has its specificities that need to be guaranteed in rural schools, but also in the training processes of educators who work there. National legislation gives us this guarantee, because it is through the initial and continuous training of educators in the countryside that we can contribute to improving the quality of school education offered to peasant subjects in their daily lives. Thus, seeking to reflect on training actions for rural educators at the State University of Alagoas - Uneal over the past ten years, this article presents a reflection on the reflection of extension actions and adherence to the Ministry of Education's Notice - MEC carried out by Uneal in rural Alagoas on the training of rural educators. Theorists such as Molina (2010), Arroyo (2007), Fernandes (2006) Carvalho (2011) and the national and state educational legislation on Rural Education have been the basis for this analysis of the training actions developed by the Institution. In order to obtain these data, it was carried out through the action research endorsed by the bibliographic research and analysis of reports sent by those responsible for the respective actions. This work shows us that Uneal, either by decision of the Institution or in partnership in meeting the demands of social movements and the contextualized education network, has, over the past ten years, been developing important and concrete actions of initial and continuing training of educators from the countryside of the State of Alagoas through the projects presented: a) Degree in Rural Education - Procampo / Uneal, b) Extension Project: The Knowledge of Geography in the Perspective of Rural Education; c) Continued training of field educators carried out in partnership with MTC / AL; d) Continuous training of field educators in partnership with RECASA / AL; e) Education Research Meeting of Campo de Alagoas - EPEC / AL; f) Postgraduate studies in Rural Education and Sustainability. The article ends by bringing a necessary reflection on the disruption of the provisional character of training actions for rural educators in the State.
