This article deals with the thoughts and practices repertoire natively condensed in names as família and facção handled by men and women who perform roles in criminal networks in Alagoas. Around the repertoire of interlocutors, we analyse relationships between criminal and protection networks, beyond daily conflicts. The article is divided into three parts. In the first, we describe four ethnographic situations in which the notions of família and facção are distinctly handled. In the second, we follow the trajectory of the adolescent Vitória who was imprisoned in a female juvenile facility. It is analysed meanings of the symbolic repertoire and the relational position from which our interlocutors made references to native notions of família and facção in situations of conflict. Particularly, struggles who were shaped in the post-rupture figuration of the CV-PCC alliance (2016) in street corners from Alagoas cities. In the last part, we argue that the social violence standards in daily conflicts, such as those linked to family, love and sex relations, profit and respect linked to the drug dealing spots make references to família and facção porous and mutant. From an approach that focuses on figurations and networks of interdependencies, we analyze how politics dimension in urban peripheries are connected to socio-affective protection networks such as friendship, consideration and respect feelings, expressed in group symbols, such as família and facção.
