Selected filipino faculty members' online shopping experience in Manila's online market place

Este estudio es actual y aplicable a la nueva norma de comprender las experiencias de los consumidores en línea en las páginas del mercado en línea. Este estudio se concentró en las experiencias de compra en línea y las reacciones de profesores seleccionados al identificar observaciones clave y experiencias de consumidores en la web que enfatizan la navegación, la compra y el flujo en línea. Los investigadores utilizaron la fenomenología como método de investigación cualitativa para recopilar respuestas de veinte compradores que variaban en cuanto a experiencia de consumo, género y edad. La entrevista se adaptó a cada participante en función de la información en línea y una pregunta guía. Los resultados de las entrevistas revelaron que algunos profesores de una universidad local en Manila encuentran que los negocios en línea son populares y convenientes, mientras que pueden acceder fácilmente a los mercados en línea. Además, compran con frecuencia utilizando esta plataforma debido a los bajos precios, lo que es ventajoso para ellos como consumidores, aunque desconfían de los estafadores y los compradores/vendedores falsos. Mientras tanto, los desafíos que enfrentan los compradores incluyen complejidades del producto y cambios en las reuniones, así como los problemas centrales de la confianza en línea y la conexión social. A pesar de que algunas adquisiciones de productos son difíciles, el estudio encontró que la idoneidad, la fijación de precios y las conexiones con los vendedores mantuvieron a los clientes comprando en el mercado en línea. A pesar de ofrecer información valiosa sobre la experiencia de compra en línea de los miembros de la facultad, esta investigación tiene una serie de limitaciones. El estudio se basa en una investigación cualitativa de veinte participantes que se llevó a cabo principalmente en Manila. En consecuencia, la investigación futura debe involucrar a poblaciones de diferentes regiones. Existen numerosas oportunidades para que futuras investigaciones se basen en estos hallazgos. El desarrollo de una tipología de encuentros y circunstancias en línea es una de las áreas sugeridas para estudios futuros.
