Propensión de la actividad empresarial de los empresarios ifugao

La continuación del control de la COVID-19 aumenta el riesgo de mal desempeño e inestabilidad empresarial. La supervivencia de las empresas en un área geográfica depende del entorno empresarial existente. Por lo tanto, este estudio exploró los factores ambientales empresariales que influyen en la probabilidad de que los ifugao en Filipinas participen en actividades empresariales. Además, se determinaron los cambios en los ingresos de los empresarios antes, durante y después de la epidemia. Los encuestados del estudio fueron 133 empresarios ifugao en Lagawe, Ifugao, Filipinas, que estaban en el negocio antes de la epidemia de COVID-19 y se les permitió continuar haciéndolo hasta que se recopilaron los datos. Se utilizó la técnica de muestreo por criterio de bola de nieve para obtener datos de un cuestionario modificado. Utilizando el análisis factorial confirmatorio, el modelado de ecuaciones estructurales de mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS-SEM) y el análisis de varianza de medidas repetidas, los hallazgos revelaron un resultado de seis factores que corresponde a las variables latentes presentadas para este estudio. La educación y la formación adecuadas impulsaron la propensión a la actividad empresarial entre el pueblo ifugao durante la pandemia de COVID-19, y los ingresos mensuales de los empresarios cambiaron drásticamente antes del comienzo de la pandemia, el año uno y el año dos.
