Una panacea para la decadencia moral entre los estudiantes de secundaria en la comunidad de Ede, estado de Osun, Nigeria

Resumen

Este estudio examina el potencial de la educación cívica como solución para la decadencia moral entre los estudiantes de secundaria de la comunidad de Ede, estado de Osun, Nigeria. Analiza cómo la educación cívica puede brindarles los principios morales y la guía necesarios para desenvolverse en la vida diaria y tomar decisiones éticas. El estudio adopta una metodología de investigación cualitativa y recopila datos de fuentes secundarias como libros, revistas académicas, tesis y periódicos, entre otros. Los resultados destacan cómo la decadencia moral afecta a los estudiantes de secundaria y la importancia de implementar intervenciones exitosas de educación cívica. El artículo también revela que los estudiantes que reciben educación cívica están equipados con el conocimiento y las habilidades necesarias para tomar decisiones éticas, ya que esta les inculca valores, virtudes y conceptos éticos. El estudio concluye que una educación cívica eficaz que pueda contrarrestar la decadencia moral requiere la participación de las partes interesadas pertinentes, como escuelas, padres, docentes y la comunidad en general, trabajando juntos de manera integrada.
