Avaliação do programa de Bacharelado em Educação Física da Universidade Tecnológica de Rizal baseada na Teoria do Engajamento e Qualidade do Programa

Resumo

Este estudo avaliou o curso de Bacharelado em Educação Física (BEF) da Universidade Tecnológica de Rizal aplicando a Estrutura Teórica de Qualidade do Programa (ETPQ). O estudo utilizou uma abordagem de métodos mistos, especificamente um delineamento sequencial explicativo, que envolveu a realização de questionários e entrevistas com alunos e o coordenador do curso.

Os resultados revelaram que o curso de BEF é percebido como altamente importante, concreto e eficaz no geral. Os pontos fortes da universidade estão na diversidade do corpo docente e discente. Além disso, os métodos de ensino e aprendizagem são engajadores, e os requisitos do programa são bem conectados e apoiados pelo corpo docente. As áreas que podem ser aprimoradas são o cultivo de um senso de comunidade mais forte, o incentivo à participação dos alunos em pesquisas e a otimização dos procedimentos administrativos.
