A aprendizagem socioemocional na escola: a visão de Líderes educacionais

Resumo

O objetivo de promover as habilidades sociais dos alunos é aprimorar a aprendizagem socioemocional (ASE) em sala de aula. O tema principal desta pesquisa são as estratégias empregadas por diretores de escolas de ensino fundamental para fomentar uma cultura escolar favorável à ASE e criar um ambiente escolar acolhedor. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo coletar dados iniciais sobre ASE de cinco (5) diretores de escolas de ensino fundamental no Distrito 1 da Divisão de Manila. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário de entrevista validado, enviado via Google Forms, e por meio de entrevistas diretas utilizando um questionário estruturado. Os dados qualitativos foram organizados e analisados ​​utilizando a estrutura de análise temática de Braun e Clarke (2019). Além disso, os resultados da pesquisa revelaram que os diretores de escolas públicas de ensino fundamental da Divisão de Manila identificaram seus papéis como gestores e facilitadores do desenvolvimento das habilidades e competências emocionais dos professores, promovendo uma mentalidade positiva, otimismo e reflexão sobre si mesmos e sobre os outros. Os diretores consideraram diversos métodos que podem auxiliar na integração da ASE à rotina diária, às práticas e às políticas de suas escolas, adotando medidas positivas para a implementação da ASE. Além disso, os desafios identificados pelos diretores na implementação da aprendizagem socioemocional (ASE) no currículo foram a falta de recursos, a falta de formação adequada para os professores e as restrições de tempo. O estudo propôs um manual de orientação para os desafios da ASE, elaborado pelo pesquisador para abordar os resultados e as conclusões desta pesquisa.
