Análise situacional dos residentes do Centro Juvenil MIMAROPA: Base para Proposta de Programa

Este estudo concentrou-se na análise da situação e das experiências dos residentes do Centro Juvenil MIMAROPA, Poblacion, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro e a situação dos programas, serviços e instalações. O objetivo foi compreender os efeitos significativos das intervenções governamentais no processo de reabilitação de crianças em conflito com a lei, utilizando um desenho fenomenológico de pesquisa qualitativa. Os entrevistados do estudo foram cinco residentes e seis informantes da equipe do MYC, selecionados propositalmente. Este estudo utilizou a técnica photovoice, entrevista, observação e análise documental para coletar as informações necessárias. Utilizando o desenho, foi possível descrever as experiências vividas pelos residentes do MYC, a sua situação e os efeitos dos programas e serviços na reabilitação dos residentes. Descobriu-se que, embora os programas e serviços sejam adequados, ainda existem lacunas na sua implementação, resultando em tédio, ansiedade e stress dos residentes. O estudo também constatou que os programas e serviços oferecidos pelo MYC são benéficos e eficazes para os seus residentes, pois ajudaram-se a desenvolver-se quando crianças e prepararam-nos para a sua reintegração.
