Factors and the challenges experienced by students and faculty in the new normal learning mode

Las instituciones educativas de todo el mundo emplearon diferentes modalidades para brindar oportunidades completas de experimentar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje y ayudar a los estudiantes a participar en este nuevo entorno de aprendizaje sin comprometer su calidad, lo que creó desafíos tanto para los estudiantes como para los profesores. Los programas de Formación Docente y de la Facultad de Estudios de Computación realmente estaban experimentando dificultades y desafíos para adaptarse porque la conectividad a Internet no es estable. También encontraron problemas con los materiales de aprendizaje, los apoyos y otros factores que afectan la accesibilidad y la impartición del aprendizaje. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar los factores que afectan el ambiente de aprendizaje en términos de. conectividad a Internet, dispositivo utilizado y la ubicación física de aprendizaje y los desafíos experimentados por los estudiantes y profesores de dichos programas en términos de materiales de aprendizaje, accesibilidad de los materiales de aprendizaje, entorno de aprendizaje, apoyo al aprendizaje y presentación de resultados. Asimismo, esos factores no tienen un impacto directo en los desafíos que enfrentan los profesores y los estudiantes. Se utilizó el método descriptivo – correlacional a los 282 estudiantes seleccionados al azar y 20 profesores de enumeración total a través de Google Meet. Los resultados revelaron que la mayoría de los encuestados tienen acceso limitado a sus teléfonos inteligentes y computadoras portátiles a través de Google Meet o Messenger en sus respectivos hogares. Del mismo modo, los estudiantes experimentaron dificultades para acceder a materiales de aprendizaje con contenidos de aprendizaje suficientes, mientras que los profesores encontraron dificultades en el apoyo al aprendizaje. La administración puede priorizar la mejora de la conexión a Internet, el establecimiento de centros de aprendizaje y las suscripciones al sistema de gestión del aprendizaje para ayudar a los estudiantes y profesores a crear un entorno de enseñanza eficaz.
