Beyond general challenges: exploring physical education teachers' lived experiences and resilience in flexible learning environments

La resiliencia, entendida como la capacidad de recuperarse de situaciones difíciles y adaptarse al cambio, se convirtió en una habilidad esencial para estudiantes, docentes e instituciones en el contexto del aprendizaje flexible durante la pandemia. Como era de esperar, esta situación genera emociones, reacciones y sentimientos diversos. Las instituciones educativas experimentan incomodidad y desorden durante esta era de transición. Este estudio tiene como objetivo principal explorar las experiencias vividas y la resiliencia de los profesores de educación física durante la implementación del enfoque de aprendizaje flexible. Se utilizó un enfoque fenomenológico y una estrategia inductiva para desarrollar teorías a partir de observaciones y datos específicos. Se identificó un marco de mecanismos de afrontamiento para docentes de educación física, el cual reveló factores que dificultan su adaptación. El estudio demostró que los profesores de la Universidad Tecnológica de Rizal lograron adaptarse al cambio porque adoptaron una actitud abierta, priorizaron la preparación mental, la colaboración y el apoyo administrativo. Además, la alfabetización digital previa, el reciclaje de conocimientos y la capacitación en plataformas educativas como Edpuzzle, Padlet y Wordwall, desempeñaron un papel crucial en la adaptación a la nueva normalidad. Del mismo modo, las redes sociales se utilizaron como recursos de instrucción y herramientas de evaluación.
