Enhancing Language Instruction: A Study on MTB-MLE Implementation in Urban Education

Este estudio examina la implementación de la Educación Multilingüe Basada en la Lengua Materna (MTB-MLE) dentro de contextos educativos urbanos. Realizado en las escuelas de laboratorio de la Universidad Estatal Don Mariano Marcos, revela las complejidades de la instrucción en L1. La investigación destaca la necesidad de capacitación específica para los maestros, recursos instruccionales localizados y un mejor apoyo en recursos humanos, materiales y financieros. Los resultados muestran que, aunque hay una considerable conciencia, la implementación real y el apoyo para la instrucción en L1 requieren mejoras significativas. Estos resultados enfatizan la importancia de priorizar MTB-MLE, especialmente en la promoción del multilingüismo y en el mejoramiento del ambiente de aprendizaje en general.
