Aplicación de tecnologías de ingeniería a distancia para el desarrollo de competencias gerenciales en futuros oficiales

Este artículo explora la aplicación de tecnologías de aprendizaje a distancia para mejorar el desarrollo de la competencia gerencial entre los futuros oficiales. El estudio profundiza en las condiciones pedagógicas necesarias para aprovechar eficazmente las herramientas de aprendizaje a distancia dentro del proceso educativo de las instituciones de educación militar superior. A través de un experimento pedagógico, se evaluaron los niveles de competencia gerencial en un Grupo de Control (GC) y un Grupo Experimental (GE) antes y después de la implementación de métodos de aprendizaje a distancia. Los resultados indican una mejora notable en la competencia gerencial de los futuros oficiales en el GE, lo que destaca la eficacia de utilizar tecnologías de aprendizaje a distancia para mejorar la competencia en la educación militar. Los hallazgos subrayan la importancia de integrar enfoques educativos innovadores para fomentar habilidades gerenciales esenciales en los futuros líderes militares.
