Uma análise do panorama da pesquisa na área de educação em enfermagem

Resumo

Este estudo oferece insights valiosos sobre pesquisas atuais e futuras na área de educação em enfermagem. Utilizando a base de dados Scopus, foram analisados ​​20.724 documentos de pesquisa publicados em inglês entre 2016 e 2023. Realizou-se uma análise bibliométrica e de redes temáticas com o auxílio das ferramentas Excel, VOSViewer e SciMAT. O estudo examinou a produção científica, as tendências temporais, a distribuição geográfica, o impacto e a colaboração, analisando também a densidade, a centralidade e a evolução temática por meio de diagramas estratégicos, mapas de evolução e mapas de estabilidade. Os resultados indicam que os Estados Unidos lideram as pesquisas em educação em enfermagem, com epistemologias ocidentais moldando a estrutura do conhecimento. Afinidades culturais influenciam significativamente a colaboração internacional. Destaca-se a persistência da consistência temática entre os períodos pré-pandemia (2016-2019) e de pandemia (2020-2023), com aumento de estudos focados em simulação, o que sinaliza uma mudança nas prioridades de pesquisa. Este estudo contribui para o debate acadêmico ao orientar futuras pesquisas e a formulação de políticas na educação em enfermagem. As conclusões sugerem a necessidade de uma abordagem equilibrada que integre tendências globais a prioridades locais, visando o alinhamento com a Agenda de Pesquisa das Filipinas.
