Coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) is an olive tree that requires the deposition of nutrients, since those pre-existing in the soil are insufficient to boost its growth. In this context, the objective of this work was to evaluate the efficiency of organic fertilization with goat manure in the cultivation of coriander. The experiment was carried out in a greenhouse at the Federal University of Alagoas - Campus de Arapiraca. The experimental design was in five randomized blocks, with five treatments, which consisted of organic fertilization with goat manure associated with the soil in different proportions: T1 = 20%; T2 = 40%; T3 = 60%; T4 = 80%; T5 = 0% of the soil / manure ratio. The variables analyzed were plant height, root length, total fresh phytomass, dry shoot phytomass, dry root phytomass, total dry phytomass, root / shoot ratio, absolute growth rate and relative growth rate at plant height. The addition of 60% goat manure to the substrate promotes positive results in most of the investigated variables, with a significance of 78% of the investigated variables prevailing. The proportion of 60% goat manure and 40% soil is the most suitable for obtaining better quality coriander plants.
