ABSTRACT: The Digital Era generates transformations and opportunities in people's daily lives and in the different branches of activity. The act of buying, studying or even health care is in the process of evolution. Telemedicine and its aspects, such as Teleconsultation, appear as alternatives connected to this new reality. Based on the study, the objective was to identify existing technologies applicable to Teleconsultation practices in the doctor-patient interaction. For this, research was carried out on articles for theoretical foundation, as well as on patent bases to analyze technological trends that are being developed. It was found that the theme is on the agenda of academic and political discussions about the perspectives and practices of health care during and after the pandemic of COVID-19. As a result, there was a need for regulation, the creation of service protocols, greater data security, and prospecting of interaction platforms, applications and smart and frugal technologies.
