To this end, a "check-list" was prepared with 60 items based on RDC nº 259 and RDC nº 360 by Anvisa. 16 labels of different brands were analyzed, taking into account what is established in the standards. Creamy cheese was the product that most showed non-conformities (43%), followed by chocolate dairy beverage (25%), strawberry flavor dairy beverage (18%) and yogurt (14%) according to the established for general labeling.
