Inteligencia artificial e investigación: actitudes según disciplinas y niveles educativos en Filipinas

Resumen

La rápida integración de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en la sociedad exige una comprensión de su aceitação, especialmente en ambientes académicos que moldean futuros innovadores. Este estudio de métodos mistos, fundamentado en la Teoria del Comportamiento Planejado, examinado se a aceitação da IA ​​entre estudantes de graduação e pós-graduação nas Filipinas podría ser previsto por sus actitudes en relación con pesquisa y por factores individuales. Los datos, coletados nas regiões de Luzon, Visayas e Mindanao utilizando una Escala de Atitudes Gerais em Relação à Inteligência Artificial (GAAIS) y una escala de Atitude em Relação à Pesquisa (ATR), revelarán que os estudantes presentan una actitud de neutral a positiva en relación con la investigación y una actitud equivocada — variando de positiva a negativa — em relação à IA. Fundamentalmente, al analizar no encontramos una relación significativa entre diversas correlaciones individuales y una actitud en la relación con IA, ni entre una actitud en la relación con la gente y una actitud en la relación con IA. Temas cualitativos destacaram "O Que e o Como" (The Know and the How), "A Desconexão Digital" (The Digital DISconnect) e "O Mundo da Dependência do Copiar e Colar" (The Copy-and-Paste Dependence World), llegando a la conclusión de que las características demográficas no son los principios determinantes de las actitudes en relación con IA neste contexto, y recomendando o desenvolvimento de atividades de pesquisa responsáveis ​​que incorporan a IA.
