The study evaluated the level of practice of School Management (GBE) in the Muntinlupa National Secondary School (MNHS) and identified Priority Areas for Improvement (PIA) and challenges that affect its implementation in four dimensions of GBE: Leadership and Governance, Curriculum and Learning, Responsibility and Improvement Continue and Resource Management. Using a descriptive-evaluative design, data was collected from 202 AED implementers through frequency content, percentages, average scores and correlation analysis. The results showed that MNHS reached an advanced level in Leadership and Governance and Responsibility and Continued Improvement, while Curriculum and Learning and Resource Management remained at the maturity level. The challenges significantly influenced the implementation of the AED, and strongly correlated with the profiles of the implementers. Based on these findings, an AED Improvement Plan was developed, which details specific strategies, programs and activities to address identified challenges and improve compliance with implementation standards. The study recommends integrating the plan into the school improvement plan for a holistic focus on sustainable improvement.
